Focus Planting Australia aims to provide a selection of delivery options to customise and accommodate your online shopping experience. Focus Planting Australia currently offers delivery options in the country of AUSTRALIA only. International shipping options are currently not available, yet an expression of interest from overseas consumers can be made by contacting Focus Planting Australia via email at: contactus@focusplantingaustralia.com.au
Focus Planting Australia offers postage and delivery within Australia. There are 3 delivery methods currently available: Free Standard Shipping, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Please note that Free Standard Shipping is available to all orders with an order total of $88 AUD or more.Â
The delivery rates vary for Metro and Rural/ regional areas of Australia and for further information about the delivery rates, the information is stated below:Â
Metro Australia:
- Free Standard Shipping to all Australian Metro addresses for orders totaling $88 or more
- Express shipping to Australian metro areas is $15
Rural & regional Australia:
- Standard shipping to non-metro Australian addresses is $10
- Express shipping to non-metro Australian addresses is $20
The delivery fees will be calculated at the online checkout on the Focus Planting Australia website (www.focusplantingaustralia.com.au/checkout) upon entry of the postal/delivery address. All Focus Planting Australia orders will be dispatched in 24-48 hours after purchase.Â
Upon payment success and your online order completion, Focus Planting Australia will endeavor to process the handling of your products within 24-48 hours after your purchase. Products will be delivered to the nominated billing address or alternative shipping address as supplied in the online website checkout. Upon full payment,  third-party couriers and delivery service providers will be contacted for prompt order processing and transportation. Depending on the delivery service provider, the delivery may take between 4-14 business days. Focus Planting Australia will inform you of the progress of your product shipment via email or phone communication. A tracking number will also be supplied. Requests regarding the parcel delivery can be made; for example, you may nominate a safe, accessible placement of your parcel in a location which does not require your signature upon delivery- such details may be outlined at the online Checkout in the section “order notes”.
The risk and title in any products ordered by you passes to you on the date and time of delivery of those products to the nominated consumer address or delivery company as selected by Focus Planting Australia. Focus Planting Australia operates with responsible couriers which endeavor to deliver products in their timely manner. Focus Planting Australia will not be liable for any damage, loss or theft of items occurring after delivery to your designated delivery address. Focus Planting Australia may assist to resolve the status of damaged or lost orders.
If Focus Planting Australia experiences a situation where there is limited stock available, this may result in your order being delayed and therefore placed on backorder. Such consumers affected by this will be notified accordingly with the option of the consumer receiving a full refund at any time during this circumstance.
