Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Product Guarantee:
The Focus Planter GrowWell™ Focus Planter series and SplashGuard™ each have a 5 year guarantee for consumers residing in Australia. The following limitations apply provided:
- The products are installed and positioned into the ground as per the installation manual provided or similarly detailed on the Focus Planting Australia website;
- The product is maintained and used as intended to aid the growing of fruits, vegetable and/or ornamental plants;
- The Focus Planter Technology and SplashGuard are made from UV-stabilised Polypropylene which is designed for Australian conditions. The products may deform under extreme conditions or with time, with a ≤ 10% of its original shape;
- The product is not exposed to or affected by any of the following: fire, vandalism, burns, cuts, accidents, abuse, negligence or neglect; stemming from human, animal interaction or any other entities or objects;
- Wear or abrasion to the product surfaces caused by surrounding structures, objects or improper installation is not covered by this guarantee;
- Damage arising from improper implements or tools used to facilitate the installation
- Damage arising from harmful chemical reactions including herbicides, pesticides, fertilisers and other chemicals;
- Natural disasters and climatic conditions beyond reasonable control of Focus Planting Australia and the manufacturer including and not limited to earthquakes, lightning strikes, floods, fires, storms, cyclones.
Focus Planting Australia’s liability during the use of Focus Planting Australia products:
Focus Planting Australia takes great pride in their products. Focus Planting Australia takes no responsibility for consumer outcomes to a plant’s growth, and subsequent gardening efforts that may result in planting dissatisfaction, or subsequent loss or damage to any crop or plant grown in the Focus Planter or other associated products within the Focus Planting Australia range. Focus Planting Australia provides no warranty or guarantee on any moment of the planting process to variations caused by weather and climatic conditions, soil properties, pests and other unknown factors which may create variations in the plant’s vitality and success.
The product user must take care and follow the relevant instructions for installing Focus Planting Australia’s products. Focus Planting Australia will not be liable for any injuries sustained during the installation of the company’s products. Moreover, the consumer in their best interests must aim to maintain the upkeep and integrity of the product during their ownership of the product by following any instructions and advice provided by Focus Planting Australia.
Refunds and exchanges:
Focus Planting Australia takes pride in delivering a high-quality product fit for purpose. Occasionally, minor manufacturing blemishes and defects may be evident on the product. Despite their visible appearance which may affect product aesthetics, there will generally be no effect on the longevity, functionality, and durability of the product. If there is a manufacturing defect greater than 5% of the product noticed at purchase, then Focus Planting Australia will offer the option of a product refund or exchange within the 30-day period of receiving your Focus Planting Australia product. Focus Planting Australia does not provide refunds to any products outside of the 30-day Change of Mind Returns policy.
30-day Change of Mind Returns policy:
A 30-day change of mind policy exists for Focus Planting Australia products. The 30-day Change of Mind Policy commences on the date your product is successfully delivered to your designated shipping address. The conditions for returning products include:
- The product must be in an unmarked and unused condition including all original contents
- The product must be returned to the location as advised by a Focus Planting Australia team member
- The product being returned must be identified with a Product Return Number as provided to you by a Focus Planting Australia team member
- Proof of purchase receipt must be provided
To initiate the Returns Process, we require you to firstly contact the Focus Planting Australia team via email at returns@focusplantingaustralia.com.au. In this email, please state your order name, order number and the reason for returning the Focus Planting Australia product. All postage costs during the Returns processing either to Focus Planting Australia or from Focus Planting Australia and back to you will be the responsibility of the consumer. The consumer is responsible for completing the shipping costs and arranging delivery specified with a trackable shipping service provider for the item return process. It must be also acknowledged that the cost of return shipping is non-refundable.
Process for requesting support at post-purchase:
Should you wish to apply for a refund, exchange or return all requests must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the Focus Planting Australia product. Problems relating to product quality, aesthetics, design and performance must be supported with suitable evidence. Suitable evidence includes: images of good resolution demonstrating or highlighting the product concern. This information must be emailed to customerservice@focusplantingaustralia.com.au for review by the team at Focus Planting Australia.
Review of the Product Concern
Focus Planting Australia reserves the right to offer a replacement product, exchange or refund. Special offers, discounts, promotions and free shipping will not be available for product warranty.
