Here's how Afterpay works
Afterpay offers you simple and affordable instalment plans enhancing your shopping experience. The payment platform allows you to make your purchase now and pay later over four equal instalments, due every 2 weeks. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay so long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest-free and you will receive your order straight away.
Orders made using Afterpay will be processed and handled within 24-48 hours.
Once they are out for delivery, a tracking number will be provided.Â

To qualify for Afterpay you must be over 18 years of age, be living in Australia and have a valid form of Australian credit or debit card.

Shop on the Focus Planting Australia website (www.focusplantingaustralia.com.au) as normal and when you reach the checkout, there is an option to select Afterpay as the payment method. Once selected, please follow the prompts to login to your Afterpay account to complete your payment. Then complete your order – it’s that easy!

The Focus Planting Australia website has no limits on the minimum or maximum order value for purchases using Afterpay as a payment option.Â

Afterpay customers have to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
Products bought using Afterpay are eligible for a return, refund or exchange as per our standard return process. For information about the refunds, returns and exchange policies, please refer to Focus Planting Australia’s ___ page for more information.Â
Please note, refunds for Afterpay will be refunded from focusplantingaustralia.com.au to Afterpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. Afterpay is only available to customers with a AUD billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Afterpay account.
